The Town of Stratham encompasses over 15 square miles of
countryside, situated with easy access to major commuting routes. The community boasts
numerous quality subdivisions and townhouse complexes in varying price ranges. The tax
base is assisted by the Stratham Industrial Park as well as three convenient shopping
plazas. Stratham is the home of New Hampshire Community Technical College, and offers an outstanding
elementary school and numerous preschools. Many residents are active in the Youth
