Patricia has lived in the seacoast area of New Hampshire for twenty eight years. Upon her original arrival to the area, she found the task of finding a new home for her family to be a frustrating one. At that time, a potential buyer usually traveled from office to office, in order to see each listing inventory. Patricia finally settled on a home simply to accommodate moving the family. Within a year a new home had been built and the initial purchase sold.

The experience was both stressful and inspiring. It made her realize the need for personal service in the purchase and sale of real estate. Because Patricia's background in New York had been in banking and new construction, real estate was the logical career move. She decided to earn her living in real estate, with the goal of making transitions and transactions easier for others than it had been for her.

Now, many years later Patricia is still achieving that goal. In addition to her experience as a real estate broker, Patricia has an extensive background in new home construction and design, as well as over twenty years experience as a general contractor for new home construction. She remains active in Community service as well as having a serious commitment to her local church and its many functions.
